William sees Integrated Bio-Tecture Design as a way to explore his passions for sustainability through environmentally conscious design in architecture and its interactions with its natural surrounds.

After gaining an Ma Architecture at the University of Canberra he worked for Indigenous Business Australia designing houses for remote indigenous communities. This work further motivated William to take a position as a co-manager at the Punya Project, a permaculture and natural building education center in Thailand which inspired the founding of Integrated Bio-Tecture Design on his return to Australia.

William also enjoys both the community and creative aspects that working with natural materials encourages in particular through workshops and his involvement with his business partner Kenney in Lucid Space Design. Lucid Space Design create large scale structures, sculptures and stages primarily from bamboo. (See www.lucidspacedesign.com)
